ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact email@example.com and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
When you place an order, please double-check to make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. This is especially important if your shipping address and billing address are different.
If you move, it is always a good idea to complete a change of address form at the post office so that they can forward any mail you receive at your old address.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1.00 regardless of the time order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor or credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER
We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if or when it happens. If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us within 7 days from receiving your order, along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 30 days after you placed your order, please contact email@example.com, and we will take care of it. Please note that a late delivery cannot be a reason to request a refund.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation email sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, economies and operations negatively impacted all around the world. Delivery times may be longer than usual.
RETURNS (30 DAYS MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE)
Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please provide the return tracking number which can be found on your receipt which you should receive or request upon package drop-off.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the purchase price (exclude shipping charges) will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
